For over 60 years Lamulle Construction has been the industry leader in the driving of piles and construction of sills for elevated foundations for homes and businesses. Unlike some of our competitors, we do not support the vibrating of foundations piles for homes or other buildings. Our foundations are driven with air hammers as mandated by the the 2006 International Building Code 1808.2.8.3 and 1808.2.15. Foundation piles driven with vibratory hammers loosen the natural friction generated by the ground once a piling has hit refusal and can cause major settlement issues for those building months or years down the road. Here are some pictures of elevated foundations and sill work performed by us.
